Once an order has been made, we cannot change order details.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes, including changing the color of the product. Our order processing system is designed to ensure prompt and accurate fulfilment.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If it has already happened, you have two options:
- If you don't accept the order delivery, the package will be sent back to us, and we'll refund you once the parcel reaches our warehouse.
- If you have already accepted the delivery, do not break the hygienic seal; instead, contact our Customer Care Team.
