How to Perform a Hard Reset on Your Starlet

If your product is not charging or turning on, check the LED light responses to diagnose the issue.

    This Toy has an LED around the on/off button.
    • Ensure the charger is properly connected to both the toy and the power source.
    • LED flashes Red: Toy is being charged (When connected to the charger).
    • LED constantly lit up Red: Toy is fully charged (When connected to the charger).
    • LED lights up Red: Toy is switched On.
    • Try using a different charging cable or adapter to rule out a faulty charger.
    • Clean the charging port and connectors to remove any dust or debris.
    • Leave the toy connected to the charger for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on again.

      If your product turns on but won't turn off, or if it won't charge and doesn't turn on, performing a Hard Reset could solve your issue:

      1. Connect the USB charging cable to a suitable USB connection (such as an adapter or PC, or similar).
      2. Insert the charging USB mini of the USB cable in the charging port for 5 seconds.
      3. Check if the LED around the power button is flashing or not.
      4. Disconnect the charger.
      5. Turn ON the device by pressing the power button for 2-5 seconds.
      6. Increase the Intensity to maximum by keep pressing the on/off/Intensity button.
