If your product turns on but won't turn off, or if it won't charge and doesn't turn on, performing a Hard Reset could solve your issue:
- Connect the USB charging cable to a suitable USB connection (such as an adapter or PC, or similar).
- Place the charging head of the USB cable on the magnetic pins. (After 5 seconds it will reset your toy)
- Check if the LED is flashing or not.
- Disconnect the charger.
- Turn ON the device by pressing the (+) Increase button for 2-5 seconds.
- Deactivate Smart Silence Function by pressing the (+) (-) button simultaneously for approx. five seconds.
- Increase the Intensity to maximum by keep pressing the (+) button.
