If your product has a physical defect, won't turn on despite charging it might be due to the Travel Lock feature being activated.
- To activate the Travel Lock feature, hold the plus and minus buttons for 3 seconds; the device will pulsate and your device will ‘lock’.
- To disable Travel Lock, press the buttons again for 3 seconds or charge your device. Your product will pulse and your device will “unlock”.
