If your product is experiencing charging issues, irregular vibrations, loud noises, or won't turn on/off, performing a Hard Reset could solve your issue:
1. Connect the USB charging cable to a suitable USB connection (such as an adapter or PC, or similar).
2. Insert the charging pin inside the charging slot.
3. Show the LED status inside the stimulation head while the device is on charge.
4. Disconnect the charger from the device.
5. Press the On/Off power switch for 5 seconds and turn ON the device.
6. Increase the intensity to maximum by pressing the (+) button.
